IL PUNTO / CORFAC International played the role of Advisor for Savills Investment Management SGR S.p.a. for a commercial property of 2.500 sqm located in Cantù (Co), providing an integrated landlord representation service with agency, project monitoring and feasibility study, and currently covers the search for an investor and a second tenant.

First of all, it assisted in finding a tenant for the upper floor, identified in an affirmed supermarket chain in Lombardy, to which project monitoring activity was followed for eight months until opening. Then a feasibility study was carried out to determine possible developments and uses of the lower level, assumed in commercial or warehouse usage, and today we are charged with identifying an investor -now it’s an income property-, as well as a second tenant.”
