Antonio Campagnoli, Founding Partner, and Alissa Bankovska, CEO of IL PUNTO Real Estate Advisor / CORFAC International, are participating in the international series of events “Livelihood Hackathons” promoted by Synchro Space, an initiative dedicated to developing innovative solutions for local communities.
Hackathons are intensive collaborative formats in which multidisciplinary teams work over a few days to rapidly develop ideas and prototypes, with the aim of addressing concrete challenges posed by territories and institutions.
Within the Livelihood Hackathons, IT professionals, urban planners, real estate experts, activists, and community representatives collaborate to develop digital solutions supporting local development across several regions of Ukraine, particularly Kyiv, Chernihiv, and Sumy.
The three hackathons and themes
IL PUNTO’s participation is part of a program structured around three main events, each focused on a strategic area:
1. Culture and Community (Creative & Cultural Development)
Involving local communities such as Konotop (Sumy region) and Kulykivka (Chernihiv region), this track aims to enhance cultural heritage and strengthen local identity through digital tools and new economic development models.
2. Urban Development & Smart Cities
Focused on cities such as Makariv (Kyiv region), this track addresses urban planning, infrastructure management, mobility, and sustainability through data-driven approaches and technological innovation.
3. Community, Education and Local Identity
A cross-cutting area aimed at strengthening citizen engagement and cultural accessibility, fostering integration between communities, institutions, and local initiatives.
Key contributions
Antonio Campagnoli, Founding Partner, and Alissa Bankovska, CEO of IL PUNTO – Real Estate Advisor / CORFAC International, participated in the “Livelihood Hackathons” as opening keynote speakers, contributing from the outset to discussions on urban innovation, sustainability, and community development.
Antonio Campagnoli
Within Hackathon 1 – Hackathon of Vitality, Antonio Campagnoli, an international expert in public-private partnerships (PPP) and complex infrastructure development, delivered a contribution focused on the evolution of urban development models.
His speech highlighted how approaches to project implementation are shifting from traditional models toward more open, inclusive, and participatory formats.
A key transition is from “observers” to “co-creators”, where citizens actively participate in the development of their communities.
Alissa Bankovska
Within the same program, Alissa Bankovska contributed to the international discussion with a keynote focused on co-creation as a driving force for contemporary urban and community development.
Her contribution emphasized how participatory approaches are fundamentally transforming the way cities, communities, businesses, and professional ecosystems evolve.
This collaborative model enables the development of solutions that are more resilient, effective, and aligned with real needs.
Her presentation also highlighted international experiences and case studies in which tools such as hackathons, acceleration programs, and multi-stakeholder initiatives act as catalysts for change.
Particular attention was given to the Livelihood Hackathons as a format capable of integrating diverse expertise and supporting teams from the ideation phase to the development of concrete prototypes for communities.
International framework
The initiative is part of the project “Livelihood+: Economic Integration of Internally Displaced People and Persons Affected by War”, funded by the German Development Bank KfW on behalf of the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), and implemented by the International Organization for Migration (IOM) Mission in Ukraine.
Hackathon 1 – Vitality outcomes
During the first Vitality Hackathon, teams developed solutions for local communities with a focus on education, information, and cultural exchange.
Among the projects presented, the following were awarded:
🥇 1st place – “Community Root” (Romny)
A project focused on cultural digitalization and the enhancement of local memory, making community history accessible and engaging for new generations.
🥈 2nd place – “KhNUIA” (Makariv)
A modular community portal integrating cultural heritage, local services, educational content, and tourism paths into a single digital platform.
In addition to the winners, several teams presented innovative solutions, including digital platforms for cultural tourism, interactive educational tools, smart maps, and community engagement systems.
The hackathon demonstrated how, even within a limited timeframe, collaboration among diverse competencies can generate practical, high-impact solutions for territorial development.
IL PUNTO’s role
The participation of Antonio Campagnoli and Alissa Bankovska confirms IL PUNTO’s international positioning in promoting innovation, sustainability, and urban development, contributing to the dialogue between real estate, technology, and local communities.
