IL PUNTO / CORFAC International has held the role of Sole Advisor for Compressor Controls Corporation, a company operating for over 40 years in the field of control devices for turbo compressors and machinery in general, in the research and design of the New Headquarter of 1.500 sqm on two floors in Cinisello Balsamo (Milan), carrying out an integrated Tenant Representation service with market analysis, renegotiation of the occupied space with the subsequent search for a new property, project management, works management, safety coordination and problem solving.
