Friday 23rd March will be held in Rome an Industry Seminar at the LUMSA University: The impact of the enhancement of real estate on the de-risking of banks.
The ERES Industry Seminar aims to highlight how the valuation of the underlying assets of real estate loans has an impact on the management of NPL (Non Performing Loans, bank loans that debtors can not repay) and on the strategies of -research of banks, in a regulatory framework that encourages banks to reduce their impaired loan exposures.
At the event among the various speakers will be present Antonio Campagnoli, partner of IL PUNTO Real Estate Advisor/CORFAC International.
