Yong-Nam Kim, CCIM, CPM, President & CEO of GLOBAL PMC/CORFAC International, is the primary point of contact and manages the firm’s brokerage and property management operations.
Established in 2004 to provide professional real estate management services to high net-worth individuals and private banking customers of major financial institutions, GLOBAL PMC has since expanded its business lines to include brokerage services, investment advisory services, construction management, facilities management and property management.
The firm serves the office, industrial and retail markets in South Korea’s capital and covers the metropolitan cities of Daejeon, Busan and Daegu. GLOBAL PMC’s offices include more than 150 people managing more than 100 properties. The firm has over 1,000 clients including landlords and tenants.
