IL PUNTO / CORFAC Int. has organized a dedicated team – composed of legal auditors, engineers, lawyers and real estate appraisers – capable of asserting a debt restructuring plan without the need to refer to appraisal documents of third-party consultants.
In light of the significant increase in debt restructuring transactions for real estate companies, also following the increase in the sale of UTP credit portfolios, the service is suitable for use by market operators and, in particular, by the Master Servicers of securitization trasnsactions.
