Antonio Campagnoli, Founder of IL PUNTO/CORFAC International, was elected Vice President of the International Real Estate Federation-FIABCI during the 73rd FIABCI World Congress held in Miami, hosted by NAR. FIABCI, which currently includes more than 150 associations in some 70 countries, will see Antonio Campagnoli assume the position of World President for the 2025-2026 term.

THE DOT has an international outlook and believes strongly in the importance of international alliances and associationism. In this regard, the society counts among its founders Enrico Campagnoli, Past FIABCI World President 2010-2011 and a resident of New York since the 1980s, and Adriana Sala, President FIABCI Italy 1995-1998.
In addition, Antonio Campagnoli is secretary general of ISIVI which has been a full member of TEGOVA since 1999 which now has 80 member associations in more than 30 countries.

Highlights of the congress included the addition of three new national chapters, Venezuela, Peru and the United Arab Emirates. Notably, the latter will host the next convention in December in Riyadh. In addition, the prestigious World Prix D’Excellance Awards saw among the winners, for the first time, two Italian operators, DeA Capital and Finint, for The Medelan and H-Campus, respectively.

FIABCI’s international presence is evident through its involvement in more than fifty fairs on different continents, including such renowned events as MIPIM, EXPO Real and, at the Italian level, RE ITALY where the national chapter counts ASPESI, FIMAA, ISIVI and E-Valuations as Principal Members. Rexpo was recently held in Athens.

“Being elected to the top leadership of the international federation of real estate professions is a burden and an honor,” says Campagnoli. “In the immediate term, I will focus on the training program, in cooperation with member associations, in order to develop, in synergy with each national training program, an international recognition that enhances the skills of its members with particular attention to the aspects of sustainability and ecological transition.

IL PUNTO counts engineers, lawyers, and accountants among its associates and has been advising Italian and multinational companies for more than 20 years in the area of fixed-asset valuation and due diligence and, in general, in assisting expansion, divestment, and acquisition processes. Next July 10, IL PUNTO will host in Milan the European meeting of CORFAC International, which gathers more than 80 offices worldwide and is among the first real estate advisory alliances in the U.S. market.
