Antonio Campagnoli partner of IL PUNTO Real Estate Advisor/CORFAC International will partecipate as a speaker at the 27th Pan Pacific Congress of Real Estate Appraiders, Valuers and Counsellors (PPC) to be held September 21 to 24 at the Orchard Hotel Singapore.
The theme of the Congress will be Sustainable Development: Challenges Facing The Valuation Professions – Taking Environment, Economic, Equity, and Cultural Heritage Issues into Perspective.
In particular, the topic dealt with by Antonio Campagnoli will be “TEGoVA Guidance to EU Member States and Candidate Member States on Development of Reliable Valuation Standards in Accordance with Art. 19 of Directive 2014/17/EU on Credit Agreements for Consumers Relating to Residential Immovable Property (also known as the Mortgage Credit Directive)”
