On September 10 an important event titled “The Debt Restructuring of Real EstateCompanies: peculiarities” has taken place at the Conference Hall of the Unione Industriale Vercelli e Valsesia – Via P. Lucca, 6 Vercelli, where the lawyer Daniele Raynaud managing partner of Raynaud and Partners, Elena Delsignore and Irene Leoni, respectivelly the managing director and associate of IL PUNTO were the speakers. Antonio Campagnoli chairmen of the European and Near East Committe of FIABCI was be the moderator.
In particular, the event focused on the peculiarities of the real estate industry: from design to construction, from consulting to development, the identification of alternative scenarios with associated rating, the preliminary due diligence and the preparation of the business plan in real estate ‘scope of the debt restructuring.
