IL PUNTO Real Estate Advisor/CORFAC International has been the advisor of the retail development project of the former industrial seat of Leroy Somer, overall 4.000 sqm, at the exit of the toll booth of Lainate, at north-west of the chief town of Lombardy. A new restaurant of Roadhouse and a sale point of Acqua & Sapone have been just inaugurated.
IL PUNTO has played the role of “sole arranger“, studying the city plan, the potential of the area and the possibility of development. It has also identified the developer and final users according to a products’ mix to valorise the area.
