To create a “group of equal” that can deal with the emerging problems in the theme of Real Estate Valuation, as well as preparation for obtaining the title REV (Recognised European Value) and the execution of any valuation according to the EVS (European Standard Valuation), these objectives of “The First Cycle of Meetings of Operative-Practical Training and Sharing in Theme of Real Estate Valuation”, organized and promoted by Is.I.V.I. -Istituto Italiano di Valutazione Immobiliare- at its operational headquarter in Milan.

The cycle of a total duration of 4 days to conduct the morning (9.30/13.30) or afternoon (15.00/19.00), will take place from march 15th and April 19th in the Wednesday day and every hour of meeting will correspond to an educational credit.
Topics will be “Definition of Value and Drafting of Evaluation Report”“Profitability Method and Cash Flows” and “Method of Transformation”. The cycle of meetings will be repeated at least twice a year (March-April / September-October).
