Experts in real estate integrated consultancy, Elena Delsignore, Accountant and Managing Director, teaches the module, “The balance and the costs of real estate companies”, guidelines on writing and reading of a balance, analysis of the margins and management control, Antonio Campagnoli, lawyer and partner, the course “Bank & Real Estate Finance”, the finance in the real estate sector with focus on financial sources, finance operations in support of the sale, funds and investment companies, and Francesco Moscatelli, Project Manager, the module “Project Management and Due Diligence”, on the context of action, project definition, managerial role, problem solving, due diligence.
