FIABCI Italy has hosted on May 16th at the Chamber of Commerce of Milan a delegation of 17 students and 3 teachers of real estate from the “Coastal University – Academic Member of FIABCI” of the North Caroline (U.S.A.), to offer them a mini-seminar on current conditions of business, investment and development in the Italian real estate market.
The meeting, held thanks to the support of TEMA – Territories, Markets and Environment and at the presence of the Principal Members FIABCI, as ASPESI – National Association between the Real Estate Promotion and Development Companies, FIMAA Milan – Italian Federation of Professional Real Estate Agents, and Is.I.V.I. – Italian Institute of Real Estate Valuation, confirmed the ever greater affinity, result of an intense globalisation between European and American systems, demonstrated by the existence in both universities of a plan of studies dedicated to the real estate sector and by the numerous American funds, today first investors globally to orient their investments to the old continent.
