Conference “Invest Forum” – Rimini, April 29th
The importance of a new approach in the urbanistic development focused on sustainability and urban regeneration and a bilateral attention aimed at the protection and needs of the territory and of the individual, this is the theme promoted at the conference “Invest World” on April 29th, within “The International Forum of Rimini”, from the lawyer Antonio Campagnoli, President Europe & Near East of FIABCI and Vicepresident of Aspesi, Principal Member of FIABCI, both associations strongly engaged in the sustainable territorial development.
“Italy, known worldwide for its incredible heritage that sums historical-artistic treasures, unique variety of landscapes and cuisine among the most appreciated – Antonio Campagnoli, declares – counts today the highest number of Unesco Goods at global level –51-, occupies the 5th place for tourism and the n. 3 on the web with “Made in Italy“.
An adeguate protection and a productive promotion of the real resources of Italy then – Antonio Campagnoli continues -, represent the current priority to whom devote attention and solutions. An efficient territorial valorization requires a perfect integration between development, innovation, culture and environment, possible only today through a new approach in the urbanistic development focused on sustainable planning, recovery of decommissioned areas and affordable housing.
It’s from these premises that the campaign FIABCI “The City we Need is Affordable” extended worldwide and “The City of Glass”, requalification project of Crowdre in the territory of Savona, are born. The first is committed to reducing the current imbalance between low supply and high demand of housing units in the cities, result of the forecast of an increase of the population of 2.5 billion within 30 years and a massive urban concentration, through the identification of universal, sustainable and innovative solutions at moderate cost, implemented through the sharing of best formulas and global practices in the field of materials and methods of construction, design, know-how and expertise.
The second, example of sharing economy – crowfounding equity, represents an urban, economic and social redevelopment, which implies the regeneration of the abandoned industrial area – ex Glassworks Savam – to revive the economy and to stimulate the creation of new activities and the construction of accommodations in residential building social, a daytime center and one of vocational training.”

Thanks to its territorial organitations – Aspesi Milano and Aspesi Torino -, the association has become over the years the propulsive center and representative of the entire field in the North of Italy.
