Real Estate Equity Crowfunding, New Urban Agenda of the United Nations, sustainability and the concrete case of Altare, the themes discussed by the laywer Antonio Campagnoli – Of Counsel of Raynaud Studio Legale, promoter of Crowdre.it, President FIABCI Italia and Founder of IL PUNTO Real Estate Advisor – at the conference “New forms of financing for the restructuring and management of sports facilities” organized by the Italian Association of Lawyers of Sport, the Municipality and Coni Marche Friday February 17th in Ascoli Piceno.
“The first example of real estate economy sharing – equity crowfunding in Italy – declares Antonio Campagnoli -, la Città del Vetro di Altare (Sv) represents a project of urban, economic and social redevelopment, promoted through the platform of alternative financing Crowdre.it born in 2014 to support and finance real estate initiatives with social vocation. Through the signing of a stake in an active company in the real estate innovative directed to make social progress, the goal is to return identity to the brick, beside social and valence economic.
The project – continues Antonio Campagnoli – implies the regeneration of the abandoned industrial area – ex Glassworks Savam – to revive the economy and to stimulate the creation of new activities focused on the Green Economy, the construction of sustainable social residential houses and the development of a daytime center for activities of socio-cultural aggregation and one for the professional formation courses, events and convivial moments of group. Also, the area will be equipped with bicycle paths. What it want is to create an economic and cultural excellence, a unicum in Savona, meeting place, growth and protection.
La Città del Vetro -concludes Antonio Campagnoli- also depicts an example of a possible application of the guidelines outlined in the New Urban Agenda – Habitat III “Sustainable Cities & Urban Settlements” of the United Nations drawn up last October in Quito in Ecuador. It’s in fact promoter of sustainable urban development, civil responsibility and gender equality, the implementation of a plan for the risks against disasters and a investment plan for social mobility, as well as pursuing an economic-social and research opportunities for a sustainable growth.”
