During the last year IL PUNTO Real Estate Advisor has reached a total of 3 billion euro between assessments and reviews on behalf of asset management companies and custodian banks.
This growth was due to investments in staff training and the quality of the professionals involved as well as the adoption of the european valuation standard- EVS published by TEGoVA and indicated by the ECB as a reference for the Asset Quality Review.
