The figures of the professional “developer” or “arranger”, typical of the American market (where club deals are on the agenda) would enter the small medium Italian real estate sector. In addition, we could reformulate co-operative experiences, typical of our post-war with a modern vision based on “sharing economy” and “sustainability”.
