The project URBAN MENUS – Training Resilience / Dialogue with a Resilient Future provides innovative tools to guide territories, communities, and stakeholders toward sustainable and shared urban choices.

This is why Il Punto is part of the international URBAN MENUS consortium, joining leading European partners to spread and apply best practices in urban resilience, sustainable development, and participatory innovation.

What is URBAN MENUS / TrainingResilience?

Vision and Objectives

The initiative “Dialogue with a Resilient Future” equips professionals and decision-makers with the knowledge and tools to design resilient cities and regions, combining digital approaches, inclusive participation, and integrated planning.

Key strengths of the program include:

  • Advanced digital tools for data analysis, impact assessment, and scenario simulation.
  • Participatory methods to involve all stakeholders in decision-making processes.
  • Immersive VR/AR technologies to envision and experience future urban scenarios.
  • Innovation Cards with Augmented Reality to turn resilience strategies into concrete local actions.

 

Activities of the Project

Between 2023 and 2025, the URBAN MENUS consortium develops:

  • Online training (e-learning modules) dedicated to resilience, data, and participation.
  • Workshops in European cities (Vienna, Barcelona, Brussels, Milan) as local laboratories.
  • VR/AR tools and 3D models for simulating future scenarios.
  • A European expert network to share knowledge and case studies.
  • The URBAN MENUS Diploma in Resilient City Development, certifying multidisciplinary skills in resilience.

akaryon is an IT company that has evolved into an environmental specialist, focusing on sustainability research. Collaborating with scientists, the company develops digital products and services to promote eco-friendly practices and conducts environmental education projects.
