The Company

IL PUNTO was incorporated in 1981 as a captive brokerage company for a real estate development group active in Italy, Switzerland and the USA.

IL PUNTO Real Estate Advisor was founded in 2007 to provide integrated real estate services using highly qualified professionals - accountants, architects, lawyers, brokers and engineers - as well as experts in the hotel and retail chain development fields.

IL PUNTO is a member of the European Economic Interest Group “Qimmo” , the FIABCI and the SIOR, associations which enable the company, through networking, to resolve complex property problems on an international scale.

The valuers working for IL PUNTO are members of the Italian Institute of Valuers - IsIVI which is full member of the The European Group of Valuers' Association - TEGoVA and in a cooperation agreement with the Appraisal Institute - AI and the OSMI - Borsa Immobiliare - OSMI. Their activities comply with European Valuation Standards - EVS. The blend of different roles and the truly rooted presence in an international network makes IL PUNTO a flexible, competitive and multi tasking company.
